This building is the last phase of Salt hospital park, in Girona. It is located in a developing area which is already urbanised, so that the building has to be integrated into the existing context, facing on the district's roads and an open landscaped area.

The residence for the elderly is arranged around a central nucleus for general service and support areas. The patios, which connect all the services, organise these spaces into three pavilions. The internal distribution, natural light and views are favourable to the users, so that they can recognise and orientate themselves in the spaces. Safety and control of the complex are guaranteed by the presence of areas designed for relations and as living rooms.
