Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Architect to join our dynamic team for an exciting and challenging project in the Asian and Middle Eastern contexts. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in architectural design, project management, and experience working with local authorities and consultants.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage complex architectural projects from conception through completion, ensuring adherence to budget, schedule, and quality standards.
• Develop innovative and sustainable design solutions that align with client objectives and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including engineers, contractors, and consultants, to ensure seamless project execution.
• Engage with local authorities and stakeholders to obtain necessary permits and approvals, ensuring compliance with regional building codes and regulations.
• Prepare detailed architectural drawings, specifications, and documentation.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior architects and design staff

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Architecture from a recognized institution.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in architectural design and project management, with a significant portion of that experience in the Asian and Middle Eastern markets.
• Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale and complex projects.
• Strong understanding of local building codes, regulations, and permitting processes in the Asian and Middle Eastern regions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with clients, local authorities, and project teams.
• Proficiency in architectural design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp) and project management tools.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Fluency in English; proficiency in additional languages relevant to the region is a plus.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD and Revit an advantage
