We build Beta Realities. Founded in 2023, with studios in Berlin and New York, we stand for innovative,
circular and transformative architecture and design. With our interdisciplinary approach, we plan novel and
adaptive spatial concepts combining architecture, interior, product design and research.

Drawing on your professional expertise and wide-ranging interests, you will develop creative plans and
visions at various scales and levels of detailing for our domestic and international clients. You should have
a proven ability to make design decisions, working both independently and in a team. You successfully
combine your extraordinary talent for design and sustainable construction to work with our motivated
team.

Your Work Profile:
• Overarching management and coordination of projects (including budget and personnel
responsibility)
• Leading a team of talented architects and designers
• Optimization of quality standards
• Support in acquisition and business development
• Support in contract drafting and negotiation
• Representing the office to clients, partners and general audiences
• Close collaboration with management
• Sparring partner for the architects in projects, studies, VgV procedures and project-related designs

Requirements:
• Minimum of 7-10 years of professional experience in management positions in stablished
architectural firms
• Fluent in German and English
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Entrepreneurial thinking and acting
• High level of commitment appropriate to the position and a high degree of resilience
• Ideas and visions as well as the ability to inspire and take others along with them
