建筑形式与地段位置、红线和功能相呼应。两个人字体量相嵌，一高一低，分别作为人福科技的办公和中试部分。建筑体量分层通过退后、出挑以及不同材料的使用，通过流动线条体现科技感，并与广场和高新大道形成有趣的对话。平面和立面分隔都使用了750mm的模数，适用于家具、石材和铝板分隔。
