Tree of Life Community Healthcare Center

Part of their capital plan improvements, CHN relocated and expanded their existing healthcare facility based in Jamaica, Queens. The two-story Tree of Life Healthcare Center anchors the first two floors of a mixed-use building and features medical services, behavioral health, oral care, ophthalmology, a pharmacy, and general CHN administration offices. The project also features elevators connecting to the basement and an ADA-accessible deck at the exterior terrace.

The project has been a welcomed addition to the neighborhood and will cement CHN’s footprint in the community.
