For our office in Basel we are looking for an experienced architect/engineer with a focus on SMEP Coordination to start immediately or by arrangement.

Your Profile:
 

• Professional Master of Science degrees in civil or architectural engineering (with structural focus)
• Minimum of 7 years of professional experience in structural and MEP coordination, preferably in Highrise projects. Coordinate structural and MEP systems in Highrise buildings.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure seamless integration of all building systems.
• Conduct detailed reviews of structural and MEP drawings and specifications.
• Identify and resolve any coordination issues that arise during the different design phases.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant building codes, standards, and regulations.
• Provide technical support and guidance to project teams.
• Prepare and present reports, proposals, and project updates to stakeholders.
• Independent in coordination and communication with consultants, producers and system suppliers, as well as potential contractors.
• Excellent knowledge of CAD, Rhino combined with a good Revit level
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
• Strong organizational and management skills.
• Good German and very good English language skills are required
