Im Herzen von Erkrath wurde ein 70er Jahre Bungalow komplett kernsaniert. Um mehr Luft und Licht in das Gebäude zu lassen, wurde zudem das Dach angehoben und die Gartenfront in Form einer über Eck gehenden Verglasung großzügig geöffnet. Auch der gesamte Grundriss wurde neugestaltet um das Haus auf aktuelle Bedürfnisse und Technik zu transformieren.
